“Best motel I have ever stayed at! My husband and I stayed the first weekend in December (to visit family and go to Manistee’s Sleighbell Parade). Apparently, this was previously an older, run-down roadside motel. The motel has been completely remodeled and updated and is now beautiful inside and out! The owner, Mariada, was very friendly, professional and made sure we had everything we needed. We stayed in Room #1. Very clean, comfortable beds and pillows, smart tv, fridge with freezer, coffeemaker. Bathroom was a little tight (as expected in an older motel property), but had everything we needed (lots of towels, toiletries, hair dryer). There is even a three bedroom suite that Mariada let us tour - it was fantastic! My family loves Onekama and the surrounding area and we visit often. We will always be booking a room (or the suite) at Travelers Motel in the future!”
